LEVEL OF COMPASSION AND COMPASSION FATIGUE IN NURSES WORKING IN PEDIATRIC CLINICS

Bu çalışma, çocuk kliniklerinde çalışan hemşirelerin merhamet düzeyi ve yorgunluğunun belirlenmesi amacıyla tanımlayıcı türde çalışılmıştır. Araştırmanın örneklemini Konya ilinde bulunan kurum izni alınan kamu, özel üniversite hastanelerinin 192 hemşire oluşturmuştur. verileri Ocak 2019’da toplanmaya başlanmıştır. Veriler “Bilgi Formu”, “Merhamet Ölçeği”, “Çalışanlar İçin Yaşam Kalitesi Ölçeği’nin Yorgunluğu Alt Ölçeği” ile toplanmıştır. Verilerin analizinde sayı, yüzde, ortalama, standart sapma, Mann Whitney U testi Kruskal Wallis kullanılmıştır. Anlamlılık p<0.05 olarak kabul edilmiştir. Çocuk puan ortalamasının 98.55±11.44 yorgunluğu 14.09±8.79 olduğu aralarında negatif yönlü, zayıf düzeyde istatistiksel anlamlı bir ilişki bulunmuştur (r=-0.179; p=0.013). Mesleği tercih etme arasında, çalışılan servis, mesleği bölümü durumu arasında fark (p<0.05).
